We do not require or verify licenses for basic listings. However, we strongly encourage you to include your CSLB license number where applicable, and we will link it to the CSLB lookup tool. Homeowners are directed to verify licenses independently before hiring.

Can I request removal of my listing?

Yes. Email us at [email protected] with your business name and we will remove the listing promptly — typically within 1–2 business days.

Does a listing guarantee leads?

No. We are a directory — we provide visibility, not guaranteed leads. Homeowners who find your listing may or may not contact you. We do not promise any specific number of inquiries.

How do paid plans work?

After your listing is reviewed and approved, we will contact you if you expressed interest in a paid plan. We will send a secure payment link via Stripe or PayPal — you pay directly through those platforms. SacLocalLeads does not store credit card or banking information. All paid plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime by email.
